The problem was formulated as: What is the level of compliance with Good Prescribing Practices in the Unit Dose Area of the Pharmacy Service in the Medicine Department of the Domingo Olavegoya – Jauja Hospital, Junín 2021? The research is categorized as basic research, with a descriptive level and a simple descriptive design. The study worked with 306 prescriptions, which were analyzed and from which the respective data were registered. The respective instrument was applied, and descriptive statistics were used for analysis. Upon conclusion of the research, it was determined that the level of compliance with Good Prescribing Practices in the Unit Dose Area of the Pharmacy Service in the Medicine Department of the Domingo Olavegoya – Jauja Hospital, Junín 2021, is very high. After applying the research instruments, 96.7% of the sample was found to be compliant.La investigación titulada cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de prescripción en el servicio de farmacia del área de dosis unitaria del servicio de medicina del Hospital Domingo Olavegoya-Jauja.Junín 2021”, tiene como propósito de Describir el nivel de cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción en el servicio de farmacia del área de dosis unitaria del servicio de medicina del Hospital Domingo Olavegoya –Jauja. Junín 2021, para lo cual se formulo el problema ¿Cuál es el nivel de cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de prescripción en el servicio de farmacia del área de dosis unitaria del servicio de medicina del Hospital Domingo Olavegóya –Jauja. Junín 2021? La investigación se ubica en el tipo de investigación básica, nivel descriptivo diseño descriptivo simple, se trabajo con 306 recetas a las que se analizó y registro los datos respectivos, se aplico el instrumento respectivo, y se aplicó la estadística descriptiva para su análisis. Al finalizar la investigación se llegó a la conclusión El nivel de cumplimiento es muy alto en las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción en elservicio de farmacia del área de dosis unitaria del servicio de medicina del Hospital Domingo Olavegoya – Jauja.
