Regarding the methodology, the study is applied, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, in addition to this it presents a quantitative approach, the population in this case will be, 100 nursing staff (80 nurses and 20 nursing technicians), who work in the Surgical Center service, in the collection of data the survey technique is used and as instruments two questionnaires of high reliability and validated will be used, which will allow to collect the necessary information for the study, which will be classified and coded in a database using the Excel program, and then be analyzed by the SPSS 25.0 program, this action being that provides the results in tables and figures to be able to express them both descriptively and inferentially through the Spearman's Rho test to check the study hypotheses and provide the conclusions of the same.El estudio plantea como objetivo, determinar la relación entre la cultura de seguridad del paciente y la prevención de eventos adversos por el personal de enfermería en Centro Quirúrgico. En cuanto a la metodología el estudio es de tipo aplicada, con un diseño no experimental de corte trasversal, además de ello presenta un enfoque cuantitativo, la población en este caso serán, 100 personal en enfermería (80 enfermeros y 20 técnicos de enfermería), que laboran en el servicio de Centro Quirúrgico, en la recolección de los datos se tiene como técnica la encuesta y como instrumentos se utilizaran dos cuestionarios de alta confiabilidad y validados, los cuales permitirán recolectar la información necesaria para el estudio, la cual será clasificada y codificada en una base de datos haciendo uso del programa Excel, para luego ser analizada por el programa SPSS 25.0, siendo esta acción que brinde los resultados en tablas y figuras para poder expresarlos tanto a nivel descriptivo como inferencial a través de la prueba de Rho de Spearman para comprobar las hipótesis de estudio y brindar las conclusiones del mismo.application/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Seguridad del PacientePatient SafetyPrevención de AccidentesAccident PreventionQuirófanosOperating Roomshttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.03.03ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
