El enfoque a utilizar es el cuantitativo, diseño correlacional y transversal. La población estará constituida por 18 enfermeras que laboran en el centro quirúrgico de un Hospital de Lima. La técnica será la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, uno para medir burnout y otro para la satisfacción laboral.The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Surgical Center of a Hospital in Lima, 2022. The approach to be used is the quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional design. The population will consist of 18 nurses who work in the surgical center of a Hospital in Lima.
