The methodological process conforms to the hypothetical-deductive method framed within the quantitative approach, It is registered as a descriptive field, under a nonexperimental cross-sectional design. The population is made up of 50 nursing professionals who work in said unit, meeting the inclusion criteria. The universe under study will comprise the entire population, so no sample will be selected from it. As a data collection technique, the survey will be used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument. The latter was designed and was structured by structure with 34 questions: 24 from the first part and 15 from the second with items; all of them following an ordinal response pattern with Likerttype scaling Never (1), Almost never (2), Sometimes (3), Almost always (4) and Always (5). In addition, it will be validated by experts and subjected to a reliability process through Cronbach's Alpha. After data collection, a double-entry matrix will be made using the Microsoft Excel database from Windows 2022, which will be processed through the Epi Info version 7 program. And for the hypothesis test Rho Spearman, the Kolmogorov - Smirnov statistic will be used to achieve the objectives of the investigation.El objetivo es analizar la relación de los problemas ergonómicos y el desempeño laboral en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del hospital referencial de Oxapampa, Pasco 2023. El proceso metodológico se ajusta al método al hipotético – deductivo enmarcado dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, se inscribe como de campo descriptivo, bajo un diseño no experimental transversal. La población está conformada por 50 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en dicha unidad cumpliendo con los criterios de inclusión el universo en estudio comprenderá la totalidad de la población. Como técnica recolección de los datos se utilizará como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Este último fue diseñado quedó estructurado por estructura con 34 preguntas: 19 de percepción del riesgo ergonómico y 15 de la autopercepción del desempeño; todas ellas siguiendo un patrón ordinal de respuesta con escalamiento tipo Likert Nunca (1), Casi nunca (2), A veces (3), Casi siempre (4) y Siempre (5). Además, el mismo fue validado por expertos usando V de Aiken y sometido a un proceso de confiabilidad mediante el Alpha de Cronbach. Posterior a la recolección de datos se procederá a realizar una matriz de doble entrada, la cual se procesara a través del programa Epi Info versión 7.
