Se utilizará un enfoque cuantitativo bajo el método hipotético-deductivo, en un estudio de tipo básico con diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y alcance correlacional. La información será recolectada a través de un cuestionario aplicado a una muestra de 344 usuarios del servicio. Se espera encontrar una conexión significativa entre ambas variables, evidenciada por un valor de significancia menor a 0.050, respaldada además por análisis estadísticos descriptivos. Finalmente, las conclusiones ofrecerán respuestas claras y fundamentadas a cada uno de los objetivos propuestos.The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between the empathy of health personnel and patient satisfaction in the emergency department of the Chosica Hospital during the year 2024. A quantitative approach will be used under the hypothetical-deductive method, in a basic study with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational scope. The information will be collected through a questionnaire applied to a sample of 344 users of the service. It is expected to find a significant connection between both variables, evidenced by a significance value of less than 0.050, also supported by descriptive statistical analyses.
