The evolution of technology and today's digital environment have made the internet an extremely important global issue for people. Results: A negative and statistically significant correlation was found between internet addiction and physical activity (rho = –0.368; p = 0.00014). In addition, significant inverse correlations were observed between physical activity and the behavioral (rho = 0.331), emotional (rho = –0.356), social (rho = –0.402), and cognitive (rho = –0.379) dimensions of internet addiction (p < 0.01). Conclusion: There is a significant inverse relationship between internet addiction and physical activity, indicating that higher levels of internet addiction are associated with lower levels of physical activity among the students.application/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Trastorno de Adicción a InternetInternet Addiction DisorderEjercicio FísicoExerciseEstudiantesStudentsAdicción al internet y actividad física en estudiantes de una Institución Educativa Lima 2026Internet addiction and physical activity in students of an educational institution in Lima, 2026http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.10ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
