Methodology: It was a descriptive correlational investigation with a deductive method. 144 mothers and/or guardians participated. To check the assumptions, the Spearman test was used, a non-parametric correspondence measure that helped describe the correspondence between the two variables. The information was collected through the interrogation: Sociodemographic elements for performance on the CRED. IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0 software was used for data analysis. Result: Sociodemographic and institutional factors are significantly related to compliance with control, highlighting the former. Conclusion: There is a strong and direct significant relationship between the factors in compliance with attendance, control and growth of children.Objetivo: Establecer los factores relacionados al cumplimiento del control de crecimiento y desarrollo en niños de un Centro de Salud de Chachapoyas 2023. Metodología: Fue una investigación descriptiva correlacional de método deductivo. Participaron 144 madres y/o tutores. Para comprobar las suposiciones se utilizó el ensayo de Spearman medida no paramétrica de correspondencia que ayudo a describir la correspondencia entre las dos variables. La información fue recolectada mediante el interrogatorio: Elementos sociodemográfico para el desempeño en el CRED. Para el análisis de datos se empleó del software IBM SPSS Statistics versión 26.0. Resultado: Los factores sociodemográficos e institucionales se relacionan significativamente con el cumplimiento del control, destacando los primeros.
