Se les aplicó el instrumento, siendo esta una entrevista, para el análisis de datos se utilizó el programa Atlas Ti- Versión 9. Realizado el análisis como resultados se puede evidenciar que para la categoría evaluar el procedimiento de levantamiento de cadáver se logran identificar 6 ejes importantes: que a continuación se detallan: 1.- La determinación de la causa de muerte la cual cuenta con diversas dificultades y a la cual también los entrevistados dan alternativas de mejora. 2.- El intervalo post mortem que tiene sus dificultades propias y que también cuenta con recomendaciones de mejora. 3.- El examen del área conexa a donde se halló el cadáver, el cual puede o no ser completado.4.- Los factores adversos que dificultan el levantamiento del cadáver en la escena del crimen.5.- El apoyo que brinda la institución para que su personal se capacite, que en algunos casos está ausente y, por último, 6.- El nivel de especialización que tienen los peritos forenses, el cual puede estar ligado al desarrollo de cursos, segundas especialidades o pasantías internacionales. Asimismo, llegamos a la conclusión de que el proceso de levantamiento de cadáver apoyará en comprobar la muerte, estimar el intervalo post mortem y así mismo a determinar el mecanismo y manera en la que se suscitó esa muerte, de igual forma, durante el procedimiento se presentarán factores adversos que harán del trabajo un poco más pesado pero lo que con la experiencia de los médicos legales y respetando los protocolos adecuados se contribuirán a dotar de información relevante respecto de los exámenes externos, internos, pero cabe resaltar que lo mencionado se logrará gracias a las capacitaciones, nuevas técnicas, pasantías internacionales y tiempo de servicio que deben recibir y realizar el personal médico legal para desarrollar dichas funciones en buena pro de la población que necesita de su trabajo.The main objective of this research work was to evaluate the procedure for the removal of the corpse at the crime scene by the forensic doctors of Apurímac during the year 2022", the method used in this investigation was hermeneutic, with a qualitative approach, design phenomenological, having as a sample the population of 4 medical examiners. Once the analysis has been carried out as results, it can be seen that for the category evaluating the procedure for removing the corpse, 6 important axes can be identified: which are detailed below: 1.- The determination of the cause of death, which has various difficulties and the which the interviewees also give alternatives for improvement. 2.- The post mortem interval, which has its own difficulties and which also has recommendations for improvement. 3.- The examination of the area related to where the body was found, which may or may not be completed.4.- Adverse factors that make it difficult to remove the body from the crime scene.5.- The support provided by the institution for their staff to be trained, which in some cases is absent and, finally, 6.- The level of specialization that forensic experts have, which may be linked to the development of courses, second specialties or international internships.
