Methodology: Quantitative, correlational, 80 mothers of fifth-grade students participated in this study. The technique was the survey with a questionnaire as the instrument. The applied statistical test was the Rho Spearman. Results: 58.8% of the mothers of the students are aware of the Human Papillomavirus vaccine, and 57.5% showed a positive attitude. When testing the hypothesis, it was demonstrated that there is a relationship between knowledge about the Human Papillomavirus vaccine and the attitudes of mothers of fifth-grade students (p=0.006). However, there is no significant relationship between the general knowledge dimension of the Human Papillomavirus vaccine and the attitudes of mothers of fifth-grade students (p=0.058). On the other hand, there is no significant relationship between the administration dimension of knowledge and attitudes towards the Human Papillomavirus vaccine in mothers of fifth-grade students (p=0.011). Conclusion: The majority of mothers of fifth-grade students have knowledge about the Human Papillomavirus vaccine and exhibit a positive attitude towards immunization.Objetivo: Determinar como el conocimiento sobre la vacuna del Virus del Papiloma Humano se relaciona con las actitudes en madres de estudiantes de quinto grado de primaria de la Institución Educativa 3057 Santa Rosa de Carabayllo, Lima 2023.Metodología: cuantitativo, correlacional, participaron 80 madres de estudiantes de quinto grado de primaria. La técnica usada fue la encuesta, como instrumento cuestionario. La prueba estadística aplicada fue Rho de Spearman.
