Resultados: El 75% de estudios no hallaron diferencias significativas (p > 0.050) entre los dispositivos de fijación respecto a la ocurrencia de complicaciones como flebitis; el mismo porcentaje, identificó como principal bondad del apósito transparente el permitir observar directamente el sitio de inserción del catéter.
