Materiales y Métodos: el enfoque cuantitativo, la población conformada de pacientes de 25 a 55 años de edad con condromalacia rotuliana diagnosticados de ambos géneros, el cuestionario utilizado fue el womac. Resultados: El grupo mayoritario corresponde a pacientes de 35 a 40 años, que representan el 41.2%, el estudio incluyo pacientes masculinos con educación superior técnica que representaron el 50.6%, el 65.9%, muestra una funcionalidad leve, el 20% de los pacientes presenta una funcionalidad buena, mientras que el 14.1% restante tiene una funcionalidad moderada. Los pacientes con dolor moderado constituyen el 23.5%, mientras que el 17.6% presenta dolor severo. La mayoría de los pacientes presenta rigidez leve, con un 43.5%, seguido por aquellos sin rigidez, que representan el 22.4%. El 20% de los pacientes tiene rigidez moderada, mientras que el 14.1% presenta rigidez severa. Conclusiones: El grupo mayoritario muestra una funcionalidad leve, el grupo mayoritario corresponde a pacientes con dolor leve, la mayoría de los pacientes presenta rigidez leve, el mayor porcentaje de pacientes presenta leve dificultad.Objective: To determine the level of knee functionality in patients with patellar chondromalacia from a physical therapy center, period 2025. Materials and Methods: This research used a quantitative approach, including patients aged 25 to 55 years with diagnosed patellar chondromalacia of both genders. The questionnaire used was the WOMAC. Results: The majority of the patients are between 35 and 40 years old, representing 41.2%. The study included male patients with technical higher education, representing 50.6%. 65.9% show slight functionality, 20% of the patients have good functionality, while the remaining 14.1% have moderate functionality. Patients with moderate pain constitute 23.5%, while 17.6% present severe pain. Most of the patients have slight stiffness, with 43.5%, followed by those without stiffness, representing 22.4%. 20% of the patients have moderate stiffness, while 14.1% present severe stiffness.
