OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes about neonatal cardiopulmonary resuscitation at the Instituto de Lima, 2023. MATERIALS AND METHODS: it will be quantitative, of an applied type, with a descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, and transversal. design. The sample will have 80 nurses. The instruments will be a questionnaire for the variable knowledge and the checklist for attitudes.Esta investigación se desarrollará en el ámbito de cuidados intensivos neonatales, que brinda servicio a neonatos que se encuentran en situación crítica. Sin embargo, se ha podido detectar que los profesionales de enfermería que laboran en esta unidad aún carecen de los conocimientos y las actitudes que se requieren para atender cada casuística y evitar que se pueda complicar la condición de los pequeños pacientes, conllevando incluso el riesgo de muerte.
