Para ello, se emplea una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, básico, correlacional, no experimental, transversal. Se utiliza como instrumento una ficha de recolección de datos. La muestra estará conformada por 155 historias clínicas de los pacientes atendidos por cirugía estética en la clínica particular ubicada en Lima Metropolitana. Los hallazgos evidenciarán un moderado tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes operados, asimismo una relación significativa e inversa entre los tratamientos farmacológicos empleados para el manejo del dolor por cirugía estética en pacientes en una clínica particular. Se concluirá que los analgésicos opiáceos, no opiáceos y coadyuvantes empleados tendrán una relación significativa en el manejo del dolor por cirugía estética en pacientes en una clínica particular de Lima Metropolitana, 2025.The present research has the general objective of determining the pharmacological treatments used for the management of pain resulting from cosmetic surgeries in patients at a private clinic in Metropolitan Lima, 2025. To this end, a quantitative, basic, correlational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional methodological approach is employed. A data collection form is used as the instrument. The sample will consist of 155 medical records of patients who underwent cosmetic surgery at the private clinic located in Metropolitan Lima. The findings reveal a moderate level of pharmacological treatment in operated patients, as well as a significant and inverse relationship between the pharmacological treatments used for pain management after cosmetic surgery in patients at the private clinic.
