Materials and methods: Quantitative, descriptive approach, in terms of the cross-sectional, non-experimental methodological design, with a total population of 174 families, meeting the criteria (inclusion - exclusion), the technique applied was the survey and to measure the total family risk, a data collection instrument called the Total Family Risk questionnaire or RFT was applied. 5:33 by Pilar Amaya, this comprises 33 items grouped into 5 dimensions. Results: Regarding the total risk level, 58.05% obtained a high risk level; 39.66% obtained a total threatened risk level and 2.30% obtained a low level. In the psychoaffective conditions dimension, 50.00% obtained a low risk level; 32.18% obtained a threatened risk level and 17.82% obtained a high level. In the health services and practices dimension, 71.26% obtained a threatened risk level; 22.99% obtained a low risk level and 5.75% obtained a high risk level. In the housing and neighborhood conditions dimension, 47.13% obtained a high risk level; 28.74% obtained a threatened risk level and 24.14% obtained a low risk level. In the socioeconomic situation dimension, 63.79% obtained a threatened risk level; 20.11% obtained a high risk level and 16.09% obtained a low risk level. In the minor management dimension, 44.25% obtained a low risk level; 35.63% obtained a threatened risk level and 20.11% obtained a high risk level. Conclusions: In total family risk, the majority belong to high risk families. With respect to the psychoaffective conditions dimension, they belong to low-risk families. With respect to the dimension of health services and practices, they belong to threatened families. With respect to the housing and neighborhood conditions dimension, they belong to high-risk families. With respect to the socioeconomic situation dimension, they belong to threatened families.Objetivo: Determinar el riesgo familiar total en familias de la Asociación de Viviendas Unión Alto de Prialé Santa Clara, 2019. Materiales y métodos: Enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, en cuanto al diseño metodológico transversal, no experimental, con una población total de 174 familias, cumpliendo los criterios (inclusión - exclusión), la técnica aplicada fue la encuesta y para medir el riesgo familiar total, se aplicó un instrumento de recolección de datos denominado cuestionario Riesgo Familiar Total o RFT 5:33 de Pilar Amaya, este comprende 33 ítems agrupados en 5 dimensiones. Resultados: Con respecto al nivel de riesgo total, el 58.05% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo alto; el 39.66% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo total amenazada y el 2.30% obtuvo un nivel bajo. En la dimensión condiciones psicoafectivas, el 50.00% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo bajo; el 32.18% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo amenazadas y el 17.82% obtuvo un nivel alto. En la dimensión servicios y prácticas de salud, el 71.26% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo amenazadas; el 22.99% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo bajo y el 5.75% obtuvo un nivel riesgo alto. En la dimensión condiciones de vivienda y vecindario, el 47.13% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo alto; el 28.74% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo amenazadas y el 24.14% obtuvo un nivel riesgo bajo. En la dimensión situación socioeconómica, el 63.79% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo amenazadas; el 20.11% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo alto y el 16.09% obtuvo un nivel riesgo bajo. En la dimensión manejo de menores, el 44.25% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo bajo; el 35.63% obtuvo un nivel de riesgo amenazadas y el 20.11% obtuvo un nivel riesgo alto. Conclusiones: En riesgo familiar total, la mayoría pertenece a familias de riesgo alto. Con respecto a la dimensión condiciones psicoafectivas, pertenecen a familias de riesgo bajo. Con respecto a la dimensión servicios y prácticas de salud, pertenecen a familias amenazadas. Con respecto a la dimensión condiciones de vivienda y vecindario, pertenecen a familias de riesgo alto.
