Methodology: The method used in the investigation is hypothetical-deductive, of a quantitative, applicative type; non-experimental cross-sectional design of correlational scope. A sample of 83 patients with a diagnosis of depression who are treated in a mental health center in the south of Lima will be estimated. The questionnaire used for data collection will be the Family Support Assessment Scale as an instrument to identify the level of support. and the Morisky Green and Levine Questionnaire that measures Adherence to pharmacological treatment.Esta presente investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el apoyo familiar y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con depresión de un Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario 2023. Metodología: El método utilizado en la investigación es hipotético-deductivo, de tipo cuantitativo, aplicativo; de diseño no experimental de corte transversal de alcance correlacional.
