Se aplicará el Inventario de Burnout de Maslach (MBI), que presenta 22 enunciados.The aim is to assess the level of burnout syndrome in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Hipólito Unanue Hospital in 2020. The current study is carried out taking into account the quantitative approach. The design to be used is descriptive-cross-sectional, since a description of the variable will be made as it develops in its environment and the measurement will only be carried out once in time.
