The study population will be represented by 45 nursing personnel.Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el desempeño laboral y las medidas de bioseguridad del personal de enfermería que laboran en sala de operaciones de un hospital público, Lima 2021. Material y método: Esta investigación será realizada con el método hipotético deductivo, porque trata de establecer la veracidad o falsedad de las hipótesis planteadas, con enfoque cuantitativo, porque se recopilará los datos mediante un cuestionario y una lista de cotejo, no se manipularan las variables de la investigación por ello será no experimental, prospectivo ya que el investigador recolectará directamente los datos, y será en un tiempo y espacio determinado para conocer la relación de las variables.
