Melgarejo Valverde, José AntonioCáceres Miranda, Lesly Katherine2025-03-192025-03-192024-11-14https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13053/12906La lumbalgia es aquel dolor ubicado en la zona lumbar, siendo una de las consultas más frecuentes en rehabilitación, provocando dolor , generando la limitación a causa de una mala praxis en los movimientos deportivos, en el día a día generando una problemática en la población del Policlínico de la Policía Nacional del Perú en la Ciudad de Trujillo , donde manifiestan como sintomatología dolor , inflamación , limitación a movimiento impidiendo que puedan cumplir con sus funciones en los efectivos policiales , como también en sus actividades de la vida diaria , siendo un problema de suma importancia sobre todo a la hora de la actividad sexual en dicha población , el cual es una actividad que a los pacientes hombres y mujeres con lumbalgia están manifestando no solo un problema físico , si no también psicológico provocando problemas en su vida sexual siendo de suma importancia ya que permite al individuo realizar diferentes funciones , como la continencia , función sexual , reproductiva y la de sostén.Low back pain is pain located in the lumbar region and is one of the most frequent reasons for rehabilitation consultations. It causes discomfort and movement limitations due to improper execution of sports movements and daily activities, leading to a significant issue for the population at the Polyclinic of the National Police of Peru in the city of Trujillo. Patients report symptoms such as pain, inflammation, and restricted movement, which prevent them from performing their duties as police officers and carrying out their daily activities. This issue is particularly relevant in terms of sexual activity, as both male and female patients with low back pain report not only physical difficulties but also psychological distress, affecting their sexual lives.
