La muestra estuvo conformada por 92 estudiantes del 3er y 4to año de tecnología médica de una universidad de Lima, como instrumentos se utilizaron la escala sobre actitudes hacia la investigación de Hidalgo et al. (2023) de 28 ítems y 3 dimensiones, y la escala de motivación en investigación de Carranza et al. (2022) de 13 ítems y 2 dimensiones. Se obtuvo como resultado un p < 0.05, lo que indicó que existe una relación significativa entre las actitudes y motivación hacia la investigación, además se identificó el rho = 0.497, concluyendo que la vinculación entre variables es positiva con intensidad moderada, por lo que, al presentar mejores actitudes favorece la motivación hacia la investigación.The present manuscript aimed to determine the relationship between attitudes and motivation towards research in students of a university in Lima, 2025; it was framed within hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, non experimental design and descriptive correlational level. The sample consisted of 92 students from the 3rd and 4th year of medical technology from a university in Lima, as instruments the scale on attitudes towards research by Hidalgo et al. (2023) of 28 items and 3 dimensions, and the research motivation scale by Carranza et al. (2022) of 13 items and 2 dimensions were used.
