El adopto un enfoque cuantitativo, lo que permitió recopilar y analizar datos de forma sistemática, aplicando estadística descriptiva e inferencial para identificar asociaciones y posibles relaciones entre las variables de estudio. La investigación será de tipo básico, ya que busca generar nuevos conocimientos que contribuyan al entendimiento del fenómeno y sirvan como base para futuras intervenciones. El diseño metodológico será no experimental, ya que no se manipularán variables, sino que se observarán tal como se presentan en el contexto real. La muestra estará conformada por personas mayores de edad residentes en Picota, seleccionadas de manera intencional. La recolección de datos se realizará mediante un cuestionario validado, que abordará aspectos culturales, actitudes, creencias y factores sociales. Este estudio cumplirá con los principios éticos de la investigación científica, incluyendo el consentimiento informado, la confidencialidad de los datos y el respeto por la integridad de los participantes. Se espera que los resultados permitan identificar barreras concretas y aportar evidencia útil para diseñar estrategias que fomenten la donación voluntaria de sangre.The objective is to analyze the social and cultural barriers that limit voluntary blood donation in the province of Picota, San Martín region, during the year 2025. A quantitative approach was adopted, allowing for the systematic collection and analysis of data, applying descriptive and inferential statistics to identify associations and possible relationships between the study variables.
