The method employed for this study will be a quantitative, hypothetical-deductive, applied, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional study. The sample size will consist of 80 nursing professionals working in the Sterilization Center of an Oncological Clinic in Central Lima. A validated questionnaire with a certain level of reliability for both variables will be applied to them. The results will be processed using SPSS V28 in two stages: first, descriptive statistics will be used to conduct a respective analysis, expressing frequencies in tables and graphs in histograms. Second, inferential statistics will be applied to test the proposed hypotheses. Initially, a normality test will be performed to identify whether the data distribution is normal or non-normal. If the data are non-normal, Spearman's Rho will be used, while Pearson's test will be employed for normally distributed data.Habilidades de AfrontamientoCoping SkillsCalidad de VidaQuality of LifeEnfermo TerminalTerminallyapplication/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Traumatismos OcupacionalesOccupational InjuriesFenómenos Fisiológicos MusculoesqueléticosMusculoskeletal Physiological PhenomenaEnfermería OncológicaOncology NursingCentro de Material y EsterilizaciónSterile Processing DepartmentErgonomic risks and musculoskeletal alterations in nursing professionals in the sterilization center of anoncological clinic in Lima Centro, 2024Riesgos ergonómicos y las alteraciones musculoesqueléticos en profesionales de enfermería en central de esterilización de una clínica oncológica de Lima centro, 2024Ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal alterations in nursing professionals in the sterilization center of anoncological clinic in Lima Centro, 2024http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.03.03ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
