Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y satisfacción de padres de pacientes atendidos en el servicio emergencia de pediatría de un hospital de Lima, 2025. Metodología: será cuantitativa, aplicada, correlacional. Participarán 80 enfermeros y la técnica a aplicar será la encuesta. Instrumento: un cuestionario que ayudará a medir la variable atención de enfermería, con coeficiente de 0.78 y otro para la medición de la variable satisfacción con 0.81 en el Alfa de Cronbach. En cuanto al procesamiento de datos: Lo que permitirá la presentación de los resultados descriptivos e inferenciales del estudio. Relevancia ética: Reside en su adhesión a principios clave como la autonomía, justicia, no maleficencia y beneficencia. Esto asegura la aplicación de protocolos que garanticen el respeto total de los participantes como seres humanos.Introduction: The pediatric setting requires highly knowledgeable nursing professionals due to the multitude of cases treated and the quality of nursing care required to effectively contribute to patient recovery and thus satisfy their parents. However, gaps remain in this regard. Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of parents of patients treated in the pediatric department of a hospital in Lima, 2025. Methodology: It will be quantitative, applied, correlational. 80 nurses will participate and the technique to be applied will be the survey. Instrument: a questionnaire that will help measure the variable nursing care, with a coefficient of 0.78 and another to measure the variable satisfaction with 0.81 in Cronbach's Alpha. Data Processing: It will be carried out through the SPSS 27 program, so that the descriptive and inferential findings can be presented.
