The methodology was quantitative, with a basic descriptive-correlational level, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The Climate Scale CL-SPC and the Work Stress Scale OIT-OMS were applied to a sample of 95 administrative workers from the District Municipality of Inambari in the Madre de Dios region. The results indicated an inverse and significant relationship (p < 0.05), although with a minimal effect size, between work climate and work stress (rho = -0.383). It was concluded that negative perceptions of work environment aspects are related to maladaptive responses from workers due to a lack of resources to cope with the demands of this environment.La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre clima y estrés laboral en los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Inambari – 2023. La metodología utilizada es de enfoque, cuantitativo, de tipo básica, nivel descriptivo – correlacional y diseño no experimental y transversal, siendo la muestra 95 lo trabajadores del área administrativa de la Municipalidad Distrital de Inambari de la región de Madre de Dios, a quienes se les aplicó la.
