La población quedará establecida por 80 familiares de pacientes neonatos, quienes participarán llenando dos escalas documentales, los cuales medirán la calidad de atención y la satisfacción familiar, siendo validados por medio de juicio de expertos, presentando el instrumento de calidad de atención una fiabilidad de 0,957 y el instrumento de satisfacción familiar una fiabilidad de 0,879 Alpha de Cronbach. Los datos serán procesados en Microsoft Excel como el programa estadístico SPSS v26, los cuales nos permitirán obtener las tablas descriptivas, gráficos y prueba de normalidad para el contraste de la hipótesis.The objective of the study is “to determine how the quality of nursing care is related to family member satisfaction in the Neonatology Service of a public hospital, Lima, 2025.” The study will be of non-experimental, applied, quantitative, correlational design. The population will be made up of 80 relatives of neonatal patients, who will participate by filling out two questionnaires, which will measure the quality of care and family satisfaction, being validated by expert judgment, with the quality-of-care instrument having a reliability of 0.957 and the family satisfaction instrument a reliability of 0.879 Cronbach's Alpha.
