Material y método: Enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, diseño no experimental, correlacional y corte transversal. La muestra conformada por 40 adultos mayores seleccionados mediante muestreo no probabilístico censal. La condición física fue evaluada mediante la batería Senior Fitness Test y el apoyo social a través del Cuestionario MOS. Para el análisis se utilizó estadística descriptiva y la prueba Chi-cuadrado con apoyo del programa SPSS versión 27. Resultados: Se evidenció que la mayoría presentó niveles normales en resistencia, equilibrio y coordinación; sin embargo, se observaron limitaciones en la flexibilidad. El apoyo social predominó en nivel moderado (57,5%). No se encontró asociación significativa entre la condición física y el apoyo social (p>0,05). Conclusión: La condición física y el apoyo social se comportan de manera independiente en la población evaluada.The present study aimed to determine the association between physical fitness and social support among older adults attending a physical therapy center in Lima during 2025. Materials and Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach, with an applied type, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 40 older adults selected through non-probability census sampling. Physical fitness was assessed using the Senior Fitness Test battery, while social support was measured using the MOS Social Support Questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and the Chi-square test were used for data analysis, with the support of SPSS version 27. Results: It was found that most participants showed normal levels in endurance, balance, and coordination; however, limitations in flexibility were observed. Social support was predominantly at a moderate level (57.5%). No significant association was found between physical condition and social support (p>0.05).
