The research was carried out at the San Genaro Chorrillos Maternal and Child Center, Lima 2022. For the sample, the non-probabilistic type was used where a total of 90 mothers of children under 5 years of age came for control, this being the estimated population with inclusion criteria. and exclusion.Objetivo: Determinar la relación del nivel de conocimiento sobre la vacunación con el cumplimiento de la inmunización infantil entre madres de niños menores de 5 años en el Centro Materno Infantil San Genaro Chorrillos. Material y métodos: El trabajo tiene enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño metodológico es descriptivo y de corte transversal. La investigación se realizó en el Centro Materno Infantil San Genaro Chorrillos, Lima 2022.
