Se empleará una metodología aplicada, cuantitativa, observacional y transversal, con una muestra de 80 padres de niños menores de 5 años de un hospital nacional, Cañete, 2026. Para la recopilación de información se usará la encuesta a través de dos cuestionarios. Luego de su aplicación se podrá recolectar datos que serán codificados y consignados en un repositorio de datos, la cual recibirá un tratamiento estadístico mediante el programa SPSS 25.0, con una técnica descriptiva e inferencial, siendo esta última mediante el Rho de Spearman, que facilitará verificar la validez y la exactitud de las hipótesis planteadas, lo que posibilitará la formulación de conclusiones basadas en la evaluación de los fenómenos de la investigación.The research aims to "Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about respiratory diseases and preventive practices in parents of children under 5 years of age".
