Physical activity in students is considered an essential element for maintaining bodily functional capacity and cardiorespiratory health, consistent with a lifestyle that minimizes the risk of sedentarism, promotes healthy eating, and overall well-being. The study allowed the identification of risk patterns associated with sedentarism, inadequate daily routines, and reduced movement, which may affect ventilatory efficiency and exercise tolerance. The general objective was to determine the relationship between physical activity and lifestyle in students. The methodology was quantitative, applied, with a non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional design, using the Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) and the FANTÁSTICO questionnaire in 100 secondary school students. The results showed a significant relationship between physical activity and lifestyle (p=0.015; X²=12.3), with a predominance of a high level of physical activity (52.0%) and lifestyle concentrated in intermediate categories (regular 40.0%, good 32.0%, unhealthy 28.0%). The dimensions of work, active transportation, and leisure time also showed a significant association with lifestyle (p<0.05). It was concluded that there is a clear interdependence between both variables, highlighting active transportation and limited recreational time during leisure.application/pdfspahttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/Estilo de VidaLife StyleEjercicio FísicoExerciseEstudiantesStudentsActividad física y estilo de vida en estudiantes de secundaria de un colegio privado, Lima 2026Physical activity and lifestyle in high school students of a private school, Lima 2026http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_7a1fhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.04https://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#3.02.07ODS 3: Salud y bienestar.
