Methodological Design: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design and correlational scope. All nurses who work in the Surgical Center area of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima National Hospital will be part of the sample population of the study, a total of 40 nurses, using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Technique: the survey will be used in its questionnaire and observation form. Instruments: Which is subdivided by 3 dimensions: physical, psychological and social conditions 15 reagents. The instrument was taken from Oré Motta Erick and Soto Carrillo Cecilia. Each item was rated on a Likert scale (1 = never; 2 = rarely; 3 = sometimes; 4 = almost always; and 5 = always). Physical condition: good condition (19–25); fair condition; deficient. Psychological: good condition; fair condition and poor condition. Social: good, average and poor. Subdivided into 2 dimensions: intrinsic factors (10 items), and extrinsic factors. The instrument has been taken as an example by Oré Motta Erick and Soto Carrillo Cecilia, and modified by researchers. It was assessed using a Likert scale (1=Totally disagree; 2=Disagree; 3=Indifferent; 4=Agree; and 5=Totally agree). Rated as follows: Intrinsic factors: satisfied; moderately satisfied and dissatisfied. Extrinsic factors: satisfied; moderately satisfied and dissatisfied. Statistical processing and data analysis: Descriptive techniques will be applied to evaluate the frequency distribution of the variables and dimensions; and inferential analysis will be carried out to test the hypothesis using Pearson's Spearman's Rho case as appropriate.El método será hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental transversal y de alcance correlacional. Técnica: se empleará la encuesta en modalidad de cuestionario. Instrumentos: La cual está subdividida por 3 dimensiones: condiciones físicas, psicológicas y sociales 15 reactivos. El instrumento fue tomado de Oré Motta y Soto Carrillo. Cada reactivo se valoró por escala de Likert (1=nunca; 2= pocas veces; 3= a veces; 4= casi siempre; y 5= siempre). Condiciones físicas: condición buena (19–25); condición regular; deficiente. Psicológicas: condición buena; condición regular y condición deficiente. Sociales: buena, regular y deficiente. Subdividido en 2 dimensiones: factores intrínsecos (10 reactivos), y factores extrínsecos. El instrumento ha sido tomado como ejemplo de Oré Motta y Soto Carrillo, y modificado por investigadores. Se valoró por escala de Likert (1=Totalmente en desacuerdo; 2= en desacuerdo; 3= indiferente; 4= de acuerdo; y 5= totalmente de acuerdo). Valoró de la siguiente manera: Factores intrínsecos: satisfecho; medianamente satisfecho e insatisfecho. Factores extrínsecos: satisfecho; medianamente satisfecho e insatisfecho.
