Visto desde la perspectiva criminalística. En la verificación de la hipótesis general se halló una correlación muy débil, valor que nos lleva a aceptar que existe relación entre la afectación psicológica y violencia familiar. Se utiliza el método cuantitativo, investigación de tipo básica, diseño no experimental, de nivel correlacional. La muestra obtenida es de 200 adolescentes, en el que se usó el muestreo aleatorio no probabilístico, con casos reportados en el CEM de Víctor Fajardo. El arribo de la conclusión se determina en la correlación de Pearson r = 0.098 demostrando una correlación muy baja entre la afectación psicológica y violencia familiar. Situación que insta a reforzar evaluaciones integrales con otros profesionales a fin de determinar valores que se puedan contrastar al momento de toma de decisiones.The present investigation intends to demonstrate and know from the criminalistic perspective, what is the relationship between psychological affectation and family violence in adolescents from homes that violate Law 30364 of Víctor Fajardo, Ayacucho 2023?, with the objective of determining the relationship of the psychological affectation and family violence in adolescents from homes that violate Law 30364 of Víctor Fajardo, Ayacucho 2023.
