It seeks to observe its development and progress as a “Scientific Science” in a chronological context. Its origins are lost in time, and its development is preserved within society, like any other human institution, which adapts to the environment through knowledge, religion, science, technology, and social organization. In a first attempt to systematically collect the existing documentation related to the Historiography of Pharmacy in Peru and the world, it is necessary to start from historical information texts preserved by medical institutions, in order to try to understand the beginning of its professional formation in our country. The main objective and development of this research is to outline a historical sketch of Pharmacy, with the purpose of providing a global and reflective vision of its magical-religious beginnings and its evolution into an Applied Scientific Profession in the 21st century, as well as the relationships and ties established since the transculturation from Europe to America. Through this synergistic effect, Pharmacy has contributed to its development in various elements such as drug preparation techniques. With the purpose of carrying out this research, a descriptive and retrospective study plan was developed in order to facilitate access to pharmaceutical information in Peru and the world. Subsequently, a review of texts was conducted in documentation centers, such as the Central Library of the National University of San Marcos, the Central Library of the Norbert Wiener Private University, the Annals and Memoirs of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of the Norbert Wiener Private University, as well as articles, journals, and brochures. Access was also obtained through the Internet and other important sources of documentation.El presente trabajo de investigación pretende facilitar la revisión de los acontecimientos históricos en ‘‘Farmacia’’, registradas en la historia del hombre. Ver el desarrollo y su progreso como ‘‘Ciencia Científica’’ en un contexto cronológico. Sus orígenes se pierden en el tiempo y cuyo desarrollo se guarda en la sociedad, como cualquier otra institución humana, que se adapta al entorno a través del conocimiento, la religión, la ciencia, la tecnología y la organización social. En un primer intento, para recoger de forma sistemática la documentación existente con relación a la Historiografía de la Farmacia en el Perú y el mundo, es necesario partir de textos de información histórica que guardan las instituciones médicas, para tratar de entender el inicio de su formación profesional en nuestro país. El principal objetivo y el desarrollo de esta investigación es plantear un bosquejo histórico sobre La Farmacia, con el fin de dar una visión global reflexiva de los inicios mágicos - religiosos y llegar hacer una Profesión Científica Aplicada en el siglo XXI, y las relaciones y vínculos que se han establecido desde la transculturización de Europa a América y por el efecto sinérgico La Farmacia ha contribuido su desarrollo en los diversos elementos tales como técnicas de preparación de fármacos. Con el propósito de cumplir con esta investigación, se desarrolló un plan de trabajo de un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo con la finalidad de facilitar el acceso a la información farmacéutica en el Perú y el mundo. Posteriormente se llevó a cabo la revisión de textos en centros de documentación, tales como la Biblioteca Central de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, la Biblioteca Central de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, Anales y Memorias de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener.
