La investigación se desarrollará con un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, con un alcance correlacional en un corte transversal, con una muestra constituida por 80 enfermeras que laboran en el centro quirúrgico, en la recolección de datos se hará uso de la encuesta y la observación como técnica y como instrumento se hará uso de un cuestionario y una ficha de cotejo. Luego de la ejecución en campo de las herramientas de investigación se procederá con el análisis estadístico comenzando con la estructuración de la base de datos con la codificación de las respuestas de la muestra, lo que luego será ingresada en el software SPSS versión 26.0, utilizando técnicas de análisis descriptivo e inferencial a través de la prueba Rho de Spearman, que permitirá verificar la validez y consistencia de las hipótesis, facilitando así su comprobación.The objective of the study is to measure the relationship between the knowledge of the nursing staff working in the surgical center in a Minsa hospital with the level of hand washing practices. The research will be developed with a quantitative approach, with a non experimental design, with a correlational scope in a cross-section, with a sample made up of 80 nurses who work in the surgical center, in the collection of data the survey and observation will be used as a technique and as an instrument a questionnaire and a comparison sheet will be used.
