The study has a quantitative, hypothetical-deductive approach with a retrospective observational-correlational design, using data collection in the intentional non-probabilistic sample of 120 hospital records in the pediatric population treated up to 7 years of age during the year 2022 in the Pediatrics area of ​​the study hospital, in addition to having a history of Immunizations in the digital applications of the Ministry of Health, demonstrating the hypothesis presented in the research.Objetivo: Determinar como el esquema de vacunación infantil se asocia a la presencia de neumonía bacteriana en los niños atendidos en un hospital nacional de Lima.
