The research method was hypothetical deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental descriptive correlational cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 450 mothers, the sample of 207 mothers and the adjusted sample of 141 mothers, for this, the survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument.La investigación titulada “Calidad de atención y satisfacción de las madres que acuden al servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo en el establecimiento de salud Breña – 2021” tuvo como objetivo Determinar como la calidad de atención se relaciona con la satisfacción en madres que acuden al servicio de crecimiento y desarrollo.
