Materials and methods: quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive and correlational level. The method used was hypothetical deductive. The population was made up of 82 nursing professionals at the Rezola de Cañete Hospital in the COVID-19 pandemic, during the month of May 2022. The sample was census. The type of test was non-probabilistic, intentional. Results: the average age was 38.82 years. Regarding gender, 80.5% (n=66) were female. Regarding marital status, 37.8% (n=31) were single. Nursing stress was medium in 45.1%(n=37), followed by 42.7%(n=35) and high in 12.2%(n=10). In the level of resilience, 78%(n=64) was medium, followed by 12.2%(n=10) low and 9.8%(n=8) high. There was a significant association between stress and resilience (p=0.000), physical dimension (p=0.000), psychological dimension (p=0.000) and social dimension (p=0.000). Conclusions: there is a significant relationship between work stress and resilience in nursing professionals at the Rezola de Cañete Hospital in the COVID-19 pandemic, Lima 2022Objetivo: Identificar las características sociodemográficas y familiares de las madres de los niños (a) de 6 a 36 meses con anemia del distrito de Santa Rosa. Material y métodos: El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal prospectivo y descriptivo. La muestra fueron 114 madres de niños (a) de 6 a 36 meses de edad con anemia, siendo seleccionadas por criterios de inclusión y exclusión de la investigación. Para medir las características sociodemográficas y familiares, se utilizó el instrumento de la Ficha Técnica Familiar este comprende 17 ítems agrupados en 3 dimensiones.
