El objetivo del estudio determinar la relación entre la cultura de seguridad y la prevención de eventos adversos del personal de enfermería en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un hospital de Lima, 2026. El método del estudio tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado, con diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. La población y muestra serán censales e incluirán 80 enfermeros de UCI. Para medir cultura de seguridad se usará el cuestionario MOSPS (Astier et al.), reportándose validez de contenido y confiabilidad adecuados. Para la medición de la prevención de eventos adversos se evaluará con un cuestionario de 13 ítems en tres dimensiones (laboral, personal y contextual). El análisis se realizará en SPSS, aplicando Rho de Spearman (ρ) por tratarse de variables ordinales.Safety culture is key to reducing the occurrence and promoting the prevention of adverse events through practices such as teamwork, effective communication, supervision, and non punitive error management. The prevention of adverse events will be assessed using a 13-item questionnaire structured into three dimensions (occupational, personal, and contextual).
