Material y método: Estudio cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental y correlacional. La población estará compuesta por 25 enfermera que laboren en el área de emergencia. La técnica adoptada será: la encuesta y se utilizarán dos instrumentos para recolectar datos; la escala de Maslach el cual fue adecuado por Desposorio 2024, tiene una confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de 0.84 y una validez con la prueba V de Aiken=1.00. Para la satisfacción laboral se utilizará el cuestionario de satisfacción laboral adaptado por Desposorio 2024 con una confiabilidad Alfa de Cronbach de 0.88 y una validez con la prueba V de Aiken=1.00. Para obtener los resultados, se llevará a cabo un análisis estadístico utilizando el software SPSS versión 26. Se utilizará el Rho de Spearman para relacionar las dos variables. La hipótesis se evaluará de la siguiente manera: si el valor de "p" es inferior al 5% (p0. 05), se aceptará H0.Objective: The objective of this research is to determine the association between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction among nursing staff at a hospital in Callao, 2025.
