En ese sentido, comprender estos aspectos resulta fundamental para promover prácticas de cuidado humanizadas y orientadas al bienestar neonatal. Objetivo: "Determinar la correlación entre el grado de conocimiento y las posturas de las madres respecto al método madre canguro en recién nacidos prematuros del sector de cuidados intensivos neonatales de un hospital público, Juliaca-2026". Metodología: Se orienta desde la utilización de método hipotético-deductivo, no experimental, cuantitativo, aplicado, transversal y correlacional.Introduction: The kangaroo mother care method is an essential strategy in the care of premature newborns, as it seeks to promote their physiological stability and strengthen the emotional bond with the mother.
