Se efectuará un método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional y no experimental, con la colaboración de 80 enfermeras del Servicio de Emergencia - Hospital Rezola- Cañete, 2025. Con el fin de recopilar información, se hará uso de la encuesta con el uso de un cuestionario y la observación con la aplicación de la ficha de cotejo, ambos validados por expertos y con alta confiabilidad. Luego de la recolección de la data previa autorización y firma de consentimiento informado por parte de la muestra, se elaborará mediante el Excel el repositorio de datos de las variables, que se procesará estadísticamente mediante el SPSS 26.0, proporcionando resultados de índole descriptiva a través de tablas de frecuencia y porcentajes; e inferencial donde se validará la conjetura de la disertación por medio del Rho de Spearman que ayudará a obtener las conclusiones del estudio.The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between work stress and the quality of care of nursing professionals. A hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, correlational and non-experimental level will be carried out, with the collaboration of 80 nurses from the Emergency Service - Rezola Hospital- Cañete, 2025. In order to collect information, the survey will be used with the use of a questionnaire and observation with the application of the comparison sheet, both validated by experts and with high reliability.
