This study is observational, descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective, it was carried out in a period from January to October 2018 in three specialized pharmaceutical offices of which a total of 824 were collected and as a sample 262 prescriptions, Results: Doctor's name 99.2%, License number 99.2%, Patient's name and surname 80.5%, Patient's age 63.7%, Name of the pharmaceutical preparation 100%, Concentration of the pharmaceutical preparation 0.8%, Pharmaceutical form 100%, Dose per day 100%, duration of treatment 23.3%, Place 74.4%, Date of issue 100%, Validity of the prescription 0.4%, Prescriber's signature 99.6%, Name of the establishment 0.8%, Address of the establishment 74.4%, in addition, results were obtained from the level of knowledge about the technical standard by homeopathic doctors, this The result was from 11.8% to 71.6%. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a deficiency in the level of compliance with homeopathic prescriptions in specialized pharmaceutical offices in Lima, January–October 2018, due to the failure to adhere to proper prescribing practices.El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar el nivel de cumplimiento de las prescripciones homeopáticas en las oficinas farmacéuticas especializadas de Lima. Enero - Octubre 2018. Este estudio es observacional, descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo, se realizó en un periodo de Enero a Octubre del 2018 en tres oficinas farmacéuticas especializadas de lo cual se reunió un total de 824 y como muestra 262 recetas, Resultados: Nombre del médico 99.2 %, Número de colegiatura 99.2%, Nombre y apellido del paciente 80.5 %, Edad del paciente 63.7%, Nombre del preparado farmacéutico 100 %, Concentración del preparado farmacéutico 0,8%, Forma farmacéutica 100%, Dosis por día 100 %, duración del tratamiento 23.3%, Lugar 74.4%, Fecha de expedición 100%, Vigencia de la receta 0.4 %, Firma del prescriptor 99.6%, Nombre del establecimiento 0.8%, Dirección del establecimiento 74.4%, además se obtuvieron resultados del nivel de conocimiento sobre la norma técnica por parte de los médicos homeópatas, este resultado fue de 11.8% a 71.6%. Por lo tanto, se concluye que existe deficiencia en el Nivel de cumplimiento de las Prescripciones Homeopáticas en las Oficinas Farmacéuticas Especializadas de Lima.
