These data will be collected using correctly validated instruments, they will be organized using the SPSS program, through which we will obtain descriptive and inferential results.El estudio cuenta con el objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería post pandemia en el servicio de emergencia en Hospitales de Ica, 2022; presenta una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional, la población total, se conforma por 110 profesionales de enfermería de los hospitales de Ica, aquellos que serán encuestados a través de dos cuestionarios para obtener los resultados.
