Metodología: Teniendo un abordaje cuantitativo, bajo un planteamiento que es hipotético deductivo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, La población de este análisis estará compuesta por una muestra de 60 licenciadas de enfermería. La información obtenida será procesada mediante análisis estadístico, empleando Cuestionario de Escala de Estrés The Nursing Stres Scale y Cuestionario sobre Satisfacción Laboral SL-SPC.The objective of this research project is to “determine the relationship between stress and job satisfaction among surgical nurses at the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho – 2025”. Methodology: With a quantitative approach, based on a hypothetical deductive framework, applied type, and a non-experimental correlational design of a cross-sectional nature. The population of this analysis will consist of a sample of 60 licensed nurses.
