En cuanto a la metodología, la investigación fue de tipo básica y el enfoque cuantitativo. El nivel fue correlacional descriptiva y el diseño no experimental, de corte transeccional. La población fueron 600 trabajadores de la salud del Hospital Lucio Aldazabal Pauca, de Huancané, Puno, siendo la muestra 235 trabajadores y el muestreo no probabilístico aleatorio. La técnica que se utilizó para la recopilación de data fue la encuesta y el cuestionario de 20 ítems fue el instrumento para la actitud y de 18 ítems para la calidad de atención. Los resultados evidenciaron que el grupo de trabajadores encuestados tuvieron una apreciación moderada con referente a la actitud y a la calidad de atención hacia los pacientes (40,0%). Se concluyó que existe relación entre la actitud y la calidad de atención a los pacientes del Hospital Lucio Aldazabal Pauca, Huancané, Puno, 2023, siendo el nivel de correlación directo y elevado (rho = 0,874).The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between attitude and quality of care for patients at the Lucio Aldazabal Pauca Hospital, Huancané, Puno, 2023. Regarding the methodology, the research was basic and the approach was quantitative. The level was descriptive correlational and the design was non-experimental with a cross sectional study. The population was 600 health workers from the Lucio Aldazabal Pauca Hospital, the sample being 235 workers and the random non-probabilistic sampling. The technique used to collect data was the survey and the instrument which had 20 items for attitude and 18 items for quality of care. The results showed that the group of workers surveyed had a moderate appreciation regarding the attitude and quality of care towards patients (40.0%).
