Ramos Vera, Rosario PilarCapuñay Pisfil, Julio Cesar2024-06-222024-06-222024-03-14https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.13053/11448El estudio presentó como finalidad la determinación del nivel de coherencia entre la resiliencia y el de burnout en los educandos de farmacia del 5to ciclo de un instituto de educación superior tecnológico, 2023; en el caso metodológico el estudio maneja un enfoque cuantitativo, con un método hipotético deductivo, con una población de 220 educandos de la carrera de Farmacia del quinto ciclo de farmacia de un instituto de educación superior tecnológico y la muestra de 140 estudiantes, a quienes se les aplicó dos formularios, autentificados y confiables, de quienes se obtuvo el 14.3% presenta una resiliencia deficiente, el 54.3% regular y el 31.4% óptima. Igualmente, se evidenció que el 80.0% de encuestados no presentan síndrome de burnout y el 20.0% presenta síndrome de burnout. Conclusión: se logró concluir que a través de las variables de estudio existe una relación inversa lo que indica que a una menor resiliencia habrá una mayor potencia de padecer síndrome de burnout.The study presented as an objective the determination of the level of relationship between resilience and burnout in pharmacy students of the 5th cycle of a technological higher education institute, 2023; in the methodological case, the study handles a quantitative approach, with a hypothetical deductive method with the participation of 220 students of the Pharmacy career of the fifth cycle of Pharmacy of an institute of higher technological education, as a population and the sample of 140 students, to whom two questionnaires were applied, validated and reliable, of which it was obtained that 14.3% present a deficient resilience, 54.3% regular and 31.4% optimal. It was also found that 80.0% of respondents do not have burnout syndrome and 20.0% have burnout syndrome.
