Por ello en este estudio el Objetivo será “Determinar la relación que existe entre el liderazgo y el desempeño laboral del profesional de enfermería que labora en el área de Hospitalización de una Clínica Privada, 2024”. La metodología será cuantitativa, correlacional y no experimental, utilizando un método deductivo hipotético. La población estará conformada por las 78 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el área de Hospitalización de una Clínica Privada en Lima, Perú. Se empleará la técnica de encuesta para ambas variables de estudio. Se procesarán los datos de cada una de las variables del estudio y se presentarán en forma de gráficos y tablas con en el programa estadístico SPSS.
