En cuanto a los aspectos metodológicos, se ha optado por el hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, observacional, relacional y transaccional. Este estudio tendrá la participación de 180 personas. Se aplicarán dos cuestionarios que medirán y obtendrán información de ambas variables de estudio: ansiedad y adherencia al tratamiento. Los cuestionarios han pasado por el proceso de validación y confiabilidad previamente por otros investigadores peruanos. Además, dichos cuestionarios cuentan con un informe favorable de los jueces expertos y con el óptimo coeficiente de confiabilidad que los hacen fiables para su aplicación. La información acopiada será sistematizada y organizada en el programa Microsoft Excel, donde serán codificados y ordenados y luego serán tratados bajo el programa estadístico SPSS v.27. El trabajo terminará con las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones.This study will focus on “Determining the relationship between anxiety and treatment adherence in patients with depression at the Mental Health Center in 2025”. In terms of methodology, we have opted for a hypothetical deductive, quantitative, observational, relational, and transactional approach. This study will involve 180 people. Two questionnaires will be administered to measure and obtain information on both study variables: mental health and job performance. The questionnaires have previously undergone a validation and reliability process by other Peruvian researchers. In addition, these questionnaires have received a favorable report from expert judges and have an optimal reliability coefficient, which makes them reliable for use. The collected data will be compiled and organized in Microsoft Excel, where it will be coded and sorted, and then analyzed using the statistical software SPSS v.27.
