In this sense, it has been possible to detect a series of limitations to apply coping strategies that improve their quality of life, making it necessary to delve deeper into this problem. OBJECTIVE: to determine the relationship between coping strategies and quality of life in patients receiving hemodialysis in a hospital in Huancayo, 2024. MATERIALS AND METHODS: it will be quantitative, applied, transversal - non-experimental and descriptive - correlational. There will be 80 hemodialysis patients. The survey will be used and the Coping Estimation Inventory and the WHOQOL-BREF Questionnaire will be used.El ámbito nefrológico es un espacio que requiere de atención especializada, especialmente en personas que necesitan terapias de reemplazo renal como la hemodiálisis, ya que involucra una serie de limitaciones y variaciones sustanciales que generan un significativo desgaste físico, emocional y emocional. En ese sentido, se ha podido detectar una serie de limitaciones para aplicar estrategias de afrontamiento que permitan mejorar su calidad de vida, siendo necesario profundizar en esta problemática.
