Se basará en el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño transversal y no experimental; siendo una investigación de tipo aplicada, con alcance descriptiva y correlacional; la unidad de análisis serán las madres de UCIN de un hospital público; la técnica será la encuesta y la herramienta la escala SERVQUAL. Los resultados serán analizados utilizando la estadística descriptiva y correlacional, finalmente serán presentados de manera organizada a través de tablas y graficas que detallen una mejor comprensión del comportamiento de las variables. Tras aplicar la herramienta, la data recolectada, se codificará y registrará en una data base, para su análisis con SPSS versión 26.0. Se utilizarán técnicas de estadística descriptiva e inferencial, aplicando la prueba Chi-cuadrado para contrastar las hipótesis planteadas.The objective of this research is “To determine the relationship between quality of care and satisfaction of mothers in the NICU of a public hospital”. It will be based on the quantitative approach, cross-sectional and non-experimental design; being an applied research, with descriptive and correlational scope; the unit of analysis will be the NICU mothers of a public hospital; the technique will be the survey and the tool will be the SERVQUAL scale. The results will be analyzed using descriptive and correlational statistics, finally they will be presented in an organized manner through tables and graphs that detail a better understanding of the behavior of the variables. After applying the tool, the data collected will be coded and recorded in a data base for analysis with SPSS version 26.0.
