The methodology: the research study will be hypothetical - quantitative deductive, non-experimental, statistically quantified and interpreted, the sample will consist of 80 nurses from the cardiovascular ICU service, the instruments to be used for the research work will be a questionnaire on the level of post-operative knowledge of Blalock Taussing Fistula; contains 20 items, whose final value will be: high, medium and low, with the binomial test and the concordance table the value of p = 0.035 was obtained and a reliability of KR20 = 0.82 therefore it is reliable; the second a checklist will evaluate the practice on the management of the post operated containing 35 items, whose final value is: adequate and inadequate, with the binomial test and the concordance table the value of p = 0.035 was obtained, and a reliability of KR20 = 0.82 therefore it is reliable.Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre el manejo de Fístula Blalock Taussing y la práctica del profesional de enfermería en niños menores de 1 año en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Cardiovascular del Instituto Nacional de Lima 2023.
