Materiales y Métodos: Método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y de alcance correlacional. La población serán 50 personas entre enfermeros y técnicos. Se emplearán encuestas para recopilar los datos, para la variable Síndrome de burnout se utilizará como instrumento el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-HSS) y para la segunda variable esempeño, el Cuestionario adaptado de Llagas M. además se validó mediante juicio de especialistas y fiabilidad por Alfa de Cronbach, con valores de 0.94 y 0.93 respectivamente. Los datos se analizarán mediante el Excel y SPSS, para obtener datos descriptivos e inferenciales mediante la prueba de normalidad de Shapiro Wilk, de obtener resultados P <005 se utilizará la prueba no paramétrica o la correlación de error de Spearman, si P>005 se aplicará la prueba paramétrica y la correlación de Pearson para conocer la asociación de las variables.The present study aims to "Determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance of nursing staff at the sterilization center of a public hospital level II-2, Nuevo Chimbote, 2024".
